The “genshu.” series, No. 3. Undistiled shochu brewed using Tama-akane from Kagoshima
With strong accents of Darjeeling tea flavor and tropical scent, it has a powerful and gorgeous nature. After the sweetness like dried fruit, a little bitterness is sensed on your palate, but the lingering finish is cut off early, giving an overall firm impression.
It goes well with raw tomatoes, nuts (ex. plums and olives), black tea, coffee, and fresh cream.
Released on December 1, 2020.
Sweet potatoes(Tama-Akane), Koji (malted rice)
